About The Role
In the exciting role of Reservations/Core Manager and Telephone Operator, your responsibilities extend to creating rate plans, accurately loading rates into the property management system, and collaborating with the Revenue Director to optimize occupancy and achieve higher room rates. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with the Rooms Division Manager to ensure smooth operations during high-occupancy periods, while also handling guest communications and telephone operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Situated at such a prestigious address, our property offers unparalleled proximity to key business areas, shopping centres, and cultural sites, 276 spacious and light-filled rooms, including 39 luxurious suites.
Areas of responsibility are Core, Sales, Rooms.

The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues, collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests.

Knowledge and Skills
College education or equivalent experience.
One to three years’ experience in a rooms division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization.
Comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guest service and salesmanship skills. Proven success in a previous rooms division management position required, ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity.
