About the location

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.

The Role of the Guest Experience Assistant Manager

As Guest Experience Assistant Manager, you will play an integral role within the Guest Experience team, ensuring every guest is cared for from arrival to departure. As part of the first and last impression of the resort, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility in delivering exceptional and personalized luxury experiences in line with Four Seasons standards.

You will respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and preferences while adding thoughtful personal touches to maximize guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong passion for service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest expectations while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and hospitality.

Handling all guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, you will accommodate special requests whenever possible, resolve guest concerns efficiently, and assist guests with inquiries related to resort services, operating hours, resort experiences, transportation, dining reservations, and local recommendations. Guest interactions will take place both in person and over the phone, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Area of Responsibility

Rooms Division & Guest Experience

Ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout all stages of the guest journey.

Handle guest requests, concerns, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.

Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and personalized guest experiences.

Maintain strong knowledge of resort facilities, services, and experiences to confidently assist guests.

Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to service recovery efforts when needed.

Guest Relations

Build meaningful relationships with guests through personalized and engaging interactions.

Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through proactive service.

Ensure all guest communications are handled accurately and efficiently.

Promote Four Seasons culture and service standards at all times.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Hospitality Management.

Minimum 2 years of experience within Rooms Division or Guest Experience operations in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Engaging personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in Opera PMS preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Passion for luxury hospitality.
