تُعد طيران الرياض، الناقلة الجوية الوطنية الجديدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، شركة طيران رائدة تسعى إلى تحويل المملكة إلى مركز عالمي للطيران والتجارة. يُطلب من المرشحين لشغل دور مدير سلامة طاقم الكابين والإجراءات الطارئة (SEP) أن يكونوا على استعداد لقيادة تنفيذ وتحسين معايير السلامة في هذه البيئة الديناميكية.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ وتحسين معايير SEP: الإشراف على تنفيذ وتحسين إجراءات سلامة طاقم الكابين، وضمان الامتثال للوائح التنظيمية.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة: لعب دور محوري في تعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية داخل الشركة، وتشجيع الممارسات الآمنة.
- إدارة التغيير: قيادة التغيير بفعالية، وضمان تطبيق الإجراءات الجديدة والمحدثة بسلاسة في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.
- الإشراف على أدلة وعايير تشغيل طاقم الكابين: الإشراف على تطوير وتحديث أدلة وعايير تشغيل طاقم الكابين لضمان الدقة والمواءمة.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى: العمل عن كثب مع أقسام السلامة والامتثال والتدريب وعمليات الطيران والخدمات الأرضية لضمان التنفيذ الفعال.
- توفير الحوكمة والاستمرارية: العمل كسلطة رئيسية في غياب مدير طاقم الكابين، وتوفير الحوكمة والاستمرارية والقيادة الواضحة.
- تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرارات: تحديد فرص التحسين من خلال الرؤى المستندة إلى البيانات من عمليات التدقيق وتقارير الطاقم وملاحظات العملاء.
- توجيه الأداء: توجيه أداء طاقم الكابين من خلال برامج التقييم المنظمة وتعزيز العلاقات بأصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان التميز في السلامة: قيادة الجهود لضمان أن التميز في السلامة يصبح عقلية مشتركة في عمليات طاقم الكابين.
المتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيئة عمليات الطيران في شركات الطيران.
- 3 سنوات من الخبرة في وظيفة إدارة تدريب طاقم الكابين.
- القدرة على إنشاء برامج تعليم منظمة وتصميم وحدات تدريبية ومواءمة المحتوى مع أهداف المنظمة.
- الإلمام بأدوات مثل Articulate 360 أو Adobe Captivate أو منصات مماثلة لإنشاء محتوى تدريبي تفاعلي.

About the Role

- In this dynamic role, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Cabin Crew Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP), ensuring full regulatory compliance while enhancing operational safety and the onboard guest experience.
- This role is central to embedding a strong safety culture, driving change effectively, and ensuring new and updated procedures are seamlessly adopted across the organisation.
- You can expect to oversee Cabin Crew operating manuals and standards, working closely with Safety, Compliance, Training, Flight Operations, and Ground Services to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely implementation of SEP updates.
- Acting as a key authority in the absence of the Director Cabin Crew, you will provide governance, continuity, and clear leadership. Through data-driven insights from audits, crew reports, and customer feedback, you will identify improvement opportunities, elevate crew performance, and support service excellence through targeted development initiatives.
- This role also plays a critical part in shaping training effectiveness, mentoring performance through structured evaluation programmes, and strengthening stakeholder relationships across the business.

- About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 5 years within an airline flight operations environment, and 3 years in a Cabin Crew Training management function.
- Naturally, you must possess the ability to create structured learning programs, design training modules, and align content with organisational goals.
