1. Collaborate with the development team to define technical direction and system design for products and supporting systems. 2. Create, manage, and track project documentation, including project schedules, detailed project plans, project scope statements, resource plans, risk and issues logs, and status reports. 3. Tailor project management and support processes to meet the specific needs of each project. 4. Oversee day-to-day project activities and staff, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and within budget. 5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project deliverables and manage expectations. 6. Make decisions regarding trade-offs and risks, driving key decisions across projects. 7. Provide recommendations on schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation based on team input. 8. Report ongoing project plans and status to account managers, clients, and management. 9. Contribute to strategic planning and asset creation processes. 10. Manage resource planning and assess organizational capacity. 11. Coach and train team members on software development and implementation best practices. 12. Participate in the design and coding of products as needed. 13. Skills and Abilities: - Strong understanding of software development and integration, including proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and databases to effectively implement and troubleshoot solutions. - Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to client operations. - Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients, clearly conveying technical information and gathering requirements to ensure successful project delivery. Experience: 5+ years Relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support, in a similar role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
