Senior Navitaire Centre of Excellence Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and executing flyadeal’s Passenger Services System and its operational strategy to enable flyadeal to achieve superior innovation and growth across all PSS modules with 100% uptime with accurate and timely resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities Administer and monitor the PSS platform, ensuring high availability and performance Perform regular system updates, patches related activities Maintain user access, Roles and Permissions in New Skies Monitor the performance of all systems ensuring optimal performance and availability Support project timelines for the implementation of new products and services including new routes, Interline and Codeshare partners Ensure procedures are in place and are strictly adhered to when both planned and unplanned system outages occur. Work alongside internal department to ensure supplier SLA’s are strictly adhered to Ensure that commercial and operations departments are aware of new and innovative technologies and recommend how these can be utilized to the company’s competitive advantage. Maximize the usage of the overall PSS system aligning with the new business requirements for all stakeholders like Ground Ops, Commercial, CEC, etc Support project management processes, develop test cases, and manage user acceptance testing for new and PSS enhancements. Maintain a productive, inspiring relationship with the vendors to deliver insightful and innovative digital solutions Driving innovation to acquire new PSS products and solutions for business continues. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any related field. Minimum 5+ years in job-related experience with Navitaire New skies Passenger service Systems including hands-on experience in managing PSS configurations and upgrades. Previous airline experience is mandatory Core airline reservation systems and distribution mechanisms. Knowledgeable about distribution system technologies and latest industry trends. In-depth working knowledge with the Navitaire PSS solution Knowledge of emerging industry standards such as NDC and One Order. Fluent in information technology and cutting-edge digital applications. Deft with budget/project management, contracting, account management.
