Candidates with experience working for international Tier 1 AECO firms are strongly preferred, particularly those who have supported or delivered projects for Saudi clients. Role Purpose: The Digital Solutions Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end digital transformation solutions for clients across the AECO industry. Combining technical integration expertise with client-facing advisory capabilities, this role bridges business requirements and technical implementation by designing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing digital platforms and data-driven systems. Key Responsibilities: Act as Dar Al Riyadh’s key point of contact with clients for digital solution configuration and integration. Lead digital solution development projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivery timelines. Collaborate with internal Digital Delivery and Implementation teams to deliver connected solutions across BIM, PMIS, GIS, ERP and analytics environments. Support business development and client proposals through solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments. Configure, customize, and integrate digital platforms (e.g., CDEs, PMIS, BIM, Power Platform) to meet client-specific workflows. Develop scripts and automations (Python, C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, or API connectors) for interoperability and data synchronization. Implement and test digital systems, ensuring quality assurance and user acceptance. Manage technical documentation and maintain records of solution configurations, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize deployed solutions, coordinating with developers and vendors when necessary. Lead and mentor Digital Solutions Associates in configuration, testing, and deployment. Research emerging digital technologies (AI, reality capture, APIs, automation) and assess integration opportunities. Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Digital Advisory team. Support the creation of digital reporting ecosystems and integration of dashboards for Digital PMO visualization. Maintain strong accountability for data integrity, accuracy, and delivery performance across all integrations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in digital solutions, system integration, or product lifecycle management within AECO or infrastructure sectors. Strong proficiency in data management, data analysis, and database structuring for reporting and analytics. Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle), Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, IIS, COM+), and APIs. Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, ASP.NET, or equivalent). Experience with application configuration, testing, QA, and deployment in CDE or PMIS environments. Excellent client-facing and leadership skills with strong technical understanding. Experience with international tier 1 AECO firms and Saudi market project delivery is preferred. Certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified Data Engineer, or Autodesk Certified Professional are considered an added value. Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage). Hands-on experience with Power Platform AI tools (Power Automate, Power BI AI visuals). Capability to configure predictive analytics dashboards combining BIM, GIS, and IoT data. Familiarity with OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs for task automation and natural language processing integration. Knowledge of computer vision and AI image analytics for progress tracking and object detection. Understanding of semantic data structuring and knowledge graphs for interoperability. Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Data Engineer Associate, AI-900, or Autodesk Platform Services Developer.
